Supplements Won’t Replace Real Food

When I was very ill after chronic exposure to a biotoxin, I searched high and low for the right “supplement” to heal me. I never found it. I was looking for something that doesn’t exist.

I was still eating my “normal diet” that included high levels of added sugars, trans fats and other additives, as well as very few vegetables and healthy proteins.

Therefore, supplements cannot match the variety of nutrients you get from real foods.

No amount of supplements will ever make up for a bad diet. Not a chance.
